Sovereign doesn’t believe in keeping our customers tied to long complicated contracts. We believe that our customers should be happy to stay with us because we are doing a great job for them – not because they are tied into a contract. We have maintained great relationships with all of our customers over the years and have never felt the need to keep them tied to us – in fact, some of our customers have been with us for the whole journey, over thirty years.
On all of our smaller contracts, we make it very clear that either party can cancel at any time. Nobody is tied in – all that we have in place is a price agreement. On the larger Facilities maintenance contracts we usually have a minimum 1 year period as the services are usually cyclical and are therefore often invoiced on a monthly basis. We therefore make sure that we re-submit each large contract annually to ensure that our customers are happy with the level of service that we have been providing.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at all times and we don’t accept anything other than perfection for our clients.
