Sovereign Planned Services Ltd is pleased to introduce a special offer on all new installations; we are currently offering a free maintenance visit on any equipment which we supply and install when a service agreement is taken out to cover the warranty period of the equipment, or for three years where the warranty period is less than three years. For air conditioning units and heat pump boilers, F-gas regulations require a minimum of two visits per year, which is also the manufacturers minimum requirement to qualify for warranty cover, and for gas appliances, Gas Safe regulations require equipment to be maintained at least once per year.
